IRISi’s flagship programme is IRIS (Identification and Referral to Improve Safety), a general practice based domestic abuse (DA) training, support, and referral programme. ADViSE adapts the IRIS programme for use in sexual health clinics.
Data Analyst: about the role
Are you passionate about how data can be better collected and used to improve the health care response to gender based violence? Can you help us increase the impact of the data we and our partners collect so that our message reaches a wider audience and we can change clinical practice to better support patients affected?
We are looking for someone with the relevant skills and experience to manage data systems and support their refinement and development, analyse associated data and write engaging and persuasive reports to present findings, and the skills to train and support non-data specialists to use data systems.
- Hours: 21 per week
- Location: Home-based with some national travel

About you
You should apply if you:
- Hold a Masters Degree in Quantitative Methods, preferably from a Social Science background. This may include quantitative sociology, criminology, economics and other high numeracy analytical disciplines.
- In the absence of a Masters degree, equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experienced in use of data analysis software, such as STATA or R or similar.
- Relevant experience and/or skills to train others to use data systems.
- Have the right to work in the UK.

ADViSE Lead and Senior Regional Manager: about the role
This post is for an exceptional individual to both lead on developing and refining all ADViSE-related resources and processes, to support the growing team of Regional Managers, and to fulfil the Regional Manager role to support, guide and oversee the ADViSE programme in a small but growing number of sites across the UK. This is a great opportunity to be part of improving the healthcare response to gender-based violence and to join the ambitious and dedicated team at IRISi.
- Hours: 35 per week
- Location: Home-based with some national travel
- Employer: IRISi
- Tenure: 12 month fixed term
About you
You should apply if you can see yourself working to:
- Project manage the refinement and development of the ADViSE programme.
- Support the growing team of Regional Managers at IRISi, including line managing up to two direct reports.
- Support the implementation and growth of ADViSE programmes including relationship management and training.
- Collect, analyse and report on data about the programmes’ effectiveness and to secure sustainability of the pgrogramme.
- Present data to secure the sustainability of the programmes in the area worked.

Network Development Manager (IRIS & ADViSE): about the role
This post is an opportunity for an exceptional individual to develop and scale up the network of IRIS and ADViSE sites by bringing in new business to IRISi and securing commissioning of our interventions in new sites to agreed targets. The Network Development Manager will promote the IRIS and ADViSE programmes, seeking out and developing business opportunities. The postholder will establish and maintain relationships with key individuals interested in implementing IRIS and/or ADViSE, nurture and develop initial interest and provide pre-launch and launch support to new sites. The postholder will work closely with the Network Director and with the rest of the network team (Regional Managers and Senior Regional Managers). This is a great opportunity to be part of improving the healthcare response to gender-based violence (GBV) and to join a growing, ambitious and dedicated team at IRISi.

- Sustain and develop relationships with key partners, including partner VAWG services and health partners, providing consultancy and support
- Work closely with all relevant partners to confirm and deliver to the launch requirements and timeline.
