Chair of Trustees – IRISi
IRISi is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as Chair of its Board of Trustees at a pivotal moment in the organisation’s development.
IRISi works with healthcare systems across the UK to improve the response to domestic abuse and gender‑based violence. Through the evidence‑based IRIS model, the organisation equips clinicians to recognise and respond safely to survivors.
As Chair, you will provide strategic leadership to the Board, support the Chief Executive and help guide the organisation through its next phase of impact, strengthening financial resilience and national partnerships.
We are seeking an experienced leader with strong governance judgement, credibility and a commitment to social impact. Chair experience is desirable but not essential.
Time commitment: approximately 2–3 days per month.
See recruitment pack for further information.
Please send your application to Sally Harrison, Office & HR Manager – sally.harrison@irisi.org
by 17:00 on Wednesday 10th June 2026.
IRISi is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and actively welcomes applications from individuals from all backgrounds, particularly those whose perspectives are currently under-represented within our governance.
